If there are currently no properties available that suit your needs, don’t worry just complete our form below and we will register you on our applicant list and should the perfect property become available we shall contact you direct before advertising starts.

Renting process

Once you have viewed a property through DAISY and you know it’s the perfect one we need to carry out referencing at a cost of £25 per applicant and an administration charge of £100 per property (this is non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property.

When all satisfied references come back we can then arrange the property move in were tenancy agreements will be signed and keys handed over, at this point you will need to pay one month’s rent in advance plus the property bond.
