DAISY properties was started in June 2009 By Carolyn Devany at her home office, due to their great success they moved into commercial offices in October 2010, then in April 2011 they progressed again and opened there new sales department. 

The company is known for its high level of customer service and professional manner "we aim to be different from all other traditional agents by giving honest advise and treating each client as we would like to be treated oursleves"

Carolyn Devany has worked within the Property Rental industry since 2002 at a higher management, she is fully qualified by the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) completing her technical award in 2008. She has also completed many courses by the NAEA and has a wide knowledge of the rules and regulations that surround Residential Lettings from Tenancy Agreements to Inventories and Overseas Tax.

Being landlords ourselves we know how hard it can be to get a reputable and pro-active agent, We understand how important it is to get the right tenant without the void periods between lets, whether you decide to go for a Let Only Package or the Premium Package, we shall do our upmost to provide you with the service you deserve. We also don’t want our relationship with you to end their we will always be here for advice to keep you updated on legislation and to discuss any concerns you might have with either a property you have already or a property you are looking at purchasing for rental purposes. We will provide the best advice we can.

We use the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) for all of our bonds, as of April 2007 any Landlord or agent that accepts a Bond must be a member of a deposit protection agency.

We appreciate how stressfull and confusing buying, selling & renting can be and the advice is not always readily availble, DAISY properties will guide you through every stage, keeping you informed along the way.
